I totally understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice to offer your spot to someone else. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service(s) price, and no-shows will be charged 75%. If you’re running late, please just reach out. There is a 10 minute buffer zone for running behind - traffic, weather, etc. Clients who are 10 minutes late or over will be charged a $5 late fee. Being late can also result in shortening the appointment, or possibly rescheduling.
