1.} Please, please make sure you are filling out your forms before your visit. This gives me a clear understanding of allergies, skin sensitivity, what products to recommend, and to see how I can create a personalized visit for you! 2.} I totally understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice to offer your spot to someone else. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service(s) price. This is a non-negotiable fee, and there is no exceptions. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS = 100% SERVICE FEE. You will be notified 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment that the card on file will be charged the fee for both cancellation/rescheduling or no shows. If you’re running late, please reach out. Being late will result in shortening the appointment, or possibly rescheduling.
